Finalized height — live from the validator set

Every block below is deterministically final the moment you see it. No confirmations. No probabilistic waiting. Byzantine consensus across sovereign validators.

Thebes is a full-stack on-chain experience. This explorer is not hosted on a cloud server — the page you are reading is served from an asset canister on Egypt L1 itself, delivered by the same consensus that seals the blocks below.

Why this is fast

Deterministic finality

Egypt L1 runs a pipelined BFT consensus. A block is final in a single consensus round — the network's measured average is under a second, and it is irreversible finality, not probabilistic depth.

Parallel execution

Transaction execution runs on a parallel worker engine with checkpointed state, benchmarked beyond 4,000 TPS. Checkpoints make every batch verifiable — speed never outruns correctness.

Nothing to trust

This page doesn't read from an indexer. Your browser queries the validator set directly and compares its answers hash-by-hash, state-root-by-state-root. Disagreement would be visible here, instantly.
